Answers to common Questions:
To ensure the security and safety of the TV being mounted on the wall, we locate the studs (behind the drywall) and attach the mount using proper hardware. The mount is fully leveled and firmly attached to the studs to ensure it can handle the weight of the TV.
When selecting a location for mounting TV on the wall, we try to avoid direct sunlight and glare from windows. The center of the TV should be at about eye level to enjoy the viewing experience.
VESA refers to the configuration of the four mounting holes on the back of a flat panel TV. The position of these mounting holes determine the TV compatibility with the right VESA mounting bracket hardware. Based on years of experience, we have seen TV manufacturers comply with VESA standards in their products.

Yes of course. We make sure that our client is fully satisfied with the installation prior to leaving the premises. If not, we will do what it reasonably takes to complete the job until satisfied. In the unlikely case that an issue with any part of the job is not resolvable, we won’t charge the client for that part of the job.
